DDG and DM Development
DDG and DM Development, the team behind 400 Grove, are definitely making their mark on the neighborhood. They have two other projects currently in the works, at 8 Octavia and 450 Hayes. If all goes according to plan, look for 400 Grove to open some time in "late 2014."
