Castro man-about-town and AIDS fundraiser Steven Bracco tweeted us this morning with a photo of a semi-truck filled with balloons stopping in front of Badlands and Toad Hall. The bars will undoubtedly drop these warm balls of air on revelers tonight as we say goodbye to 2013 and welcome 2014 with all of its possibilities.
