The holidays are now behind us, but that doesn't mean the parties have to stop. Here are some local events to keep you busy over the next few days.
Tonight, it's the weekly installment of Bubble at Underground SF. Offering "deep beats from your friends and family," tonight's edition at 424 Haight will showcase DJs Spiro and Joe, aka Maroon #1. The 21+ party will run from 10pm to 2am, and there's no cover. Tomorrow (Friday) night, DSF hosts the opening of Hello 2014: A Sci-Fi Art Event. Curated by Paints Pens Collective, the show will feature works by fourteen artists centered around themes of "things fantastic, mind-blowing, kitsch, alien, and beyond." Tomorrow night's reception goes from 7pm to 11pm at DSF (520 Haight). Saturday night, get yourself back over to Underground SF for the monthly party that is Push the Feeling. Special guests Kites Sail High and Natural Curves will both perform live sets, joining residents YR SKULL and epicsauce DJs for a night of guaranteed fun. It's 21+ and is slated for 9pm to 2am, as usual. Know anything else going on in the neighborhood between now and Sunday? Let us know in the comments.
