A building permit notice has been posted on the incoming Weaver's Coffee & Tea located under Fitness SF at 2301 Market Street. The permit indicates a change from retail to restaurant building use with no external changes proposed to the building. Signage is set to be reviewed under a separate permit. Weavers was announced back in July of 2013, but the location hasn't seen any kind of movement or setup work since. If no requests for review are received by the Planning Department by February 2nd, we should see some internal reconfiguring of the space begin soon after.
