The finishing touches are finally going in at 1727 Haight.
The renovation, which will equip Alembic with extra space, a bigger kitchen and a new storefront (in progress below), will also outfit the former Red Vic space with stalls for six vendors and a community theater and meeting space.
Second Act will launch shortly, and we'll be here to tell you about it when it does. In the meantime, a sneak peek inside revealed a juice bar in the final stages of completion and another shop space on the way, which looked like this:
A recent conversation with co-owner Betsy Rix confirmed that we should be seeing the final installation of businesses and hardware in the coming weeks.
