Dispatches from Cole Valleyhttp://www.pastperfectsf.com/photos-of-store.html
We heard through the grapevine that our neighbors to the South had some goings-on.

SF Racked and Cole Valley both reported that an antiques shop called Past Perfect was moving in to the 3600 square foot space at 845 Stanyan street, which has been vacant since December. Past Perfect has a location down in the Marina, and the representative we spoke to told us that the shop is slated to open by the end of April. She also said that they'll update their website when they're closer. Also in Cole Valley news, the folks over at Cole Valley SF will be having their first-ever neighbor happy hour on Tuesday, April 8th at Padrecito. Quoth the Cole Valley blog:
We are having our very first Happy Hour event this Spring at Padrecito to celebrate our amazing Cole Valley community! It will be a great opportunity to mingle with your fellow Cole Valley neighbors, some of our local business owners, and us, the ColeValleySF team; all while sipping a $5 Margarita. (yay for happy hour prices at Padrecito from 5:30pm-6:30pm). There also may or may not be some awesome local giveaways and grub..
Mark your calendars, Cole Valley residents.
