We reported a few months back regarding Urban Picnic coming in to replace Zadin Restaurant (4039 18th Street). It looks like Urban Picnic is just about ready to open their doors. Signage is up above the entrance and on the door. We emailed the owner and he seemed to indicate they would be open within the next month.
