Today, May 4th, also known as May The Fourth, means special Star Wars celebrations at the Super7 store at 1427 Haight.
The festivities include a raffle, a Star Wars mini-arcade with prizes for high scores, a photobooth, and, of course, live guests from the local 501st Legion of Stormtroopers. The celebration goes from 11am to 7pm.
Those with kids, nieces/nephews, or a healthy adult interest in Star Wars, take note: the store will also be launching a new Star Wars limited edition screen print series with a glow-in-the-dark Vader poster.
Super7, for the uninitiated, is a toy company founded in 2001 with the aim of producing quality Japanese-style collectible toys, as well as bags, shirts, hats and other merchandise.
