Monsieur Benjamin, Corey Lee's new modern French bistro coming to the ground floor of 300 Ivy Street, still hasn't shared when they'll be opening. But as they continue to build out their space, they have put up an ad announcing they're hiring for all positions.
We came across an ad on Culintro that says they are looking for "motivated and enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine sense of hospitality, and sincere dedication to their craft."
According to the post, they're currently hiring full and part time positions in the following areas:
Kitchen Positions
- Chef de parties
- Prep cooks
- Stewards
Dining Room Positions
- Lead captain/Floor manager
- Captains
- Bartenders
- Hosts
- Food runners
