MAKE YOUR OWN MOTHER'S DAY BOUQUET
Alternate Apparel has a special offer for its shoppers this Sunday. If you spend $100 or more, customers can make a free bouquet of flowers for their moms. Or themselves. Anyone, really. You get to pick your flowers (some options are chrysanthemums, dahlias, freesias, hydrangeas, tuberoses), wrap it in burlap (donated and recycled from Artis coffee roasters in Berkeley), and tie it with some twine and write a message on the gift tag.
