We've got a few weekend event listings, a minor remodel at a local bar, and a celebrity sighting in today's very Prideful edition of leftovers.

Yes, tomorrow kicks off Pride weekend in San Francisco, but you can get things started tonight at Mad Dog in the Fog with the Pink Friday Pre-Pride Party.  The bar will feature drink specials, DJs, go-go dancers, Jell-o shots, and more, from 9pm to 2am.

Also tonight, if you haven't checked out the Lower Haight's underground literary salon yet, get to 851 Haight at 8pm.  It's another installment of the Live at 851 series, which we profiled back in December 2012. Enjoy candlelit readings by writers Paige Taggart, Sophia Le Fraga, Tracey Knapp, and Sampson Starkweather. Bring something to drink, if you so desire.

Back to Pride for a second, if you're interested in joining District 5 Supervisor London Breed in Sunday's parade, head to 188 Spear Street at 11am. Bring sunscreen and comfortable shoes; water and light snacks will be provided. Check the event's Facebook page for info on how to RSVP.

Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show bandleader and The Roots drummer Questlove visited the Lower Haight yesterday, stopping at Groove Merchant Records and Two Jacks:

Perhaps anticipating some extra World Cup traffic, Toronado reupholstered its stools last week:
And finally, just a friendly reminder that tonight is Critical Mass. So, plan accordingly.

That's all for today, folks. Enjoy your weekend.
