First things first, readers: tomorrow is Father's Day, so don't forget to make that call! Extra points if your card and socks are already in the mail.
What else does that mean? Probably brunch-with-beer, if you're lucky. That means either Magnolia or Sparrow, so make sure one of your trusty crew is ready and waiting to nab a table, hangover be dammed. Magnolia and Sparrow both open at 10am.

This afternoon, from 4pm to 8pm, Fluevog shoes is hosting a charity event for circus arts non-profit AcroSports, during which 50% of the proceeds from sales at Fluevog will go towards making sure kids are able to go to lessons and summer camps at Acro.

Then, lest you forget, today is the last day of the $2 clothing sale at San Francisco Goodwill stores, including your very own right here in the Haight.

A little whisper to the wise: Alembic has also launched its new summer drinks menu, which we'll be back on Monday to tell you more about in depth, after a rousing tasting session.

And last but certainly not least, hats off to the artist and to @stevesilberman for sharing today's picture, a sexy interpretive rendering of our favorite Lady Sutro, as seen at the corner of Haight and Masonic.
