One of the three suspects arrested in the shooting we reported on last Thursday was charged last Friday by the District Attorney's Office. The suspect, Jason Hill, a 33-year old man from Oakland was charged with one felony count of negligent discharge of a firearm, two misdemeanor counts of firearm possession, one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a firearm, and a misdemeanor count of vandalism, as reported by The Examiner.

The Bay Area Reporter contacted the bars in the vicinity of the shooting (Edge, Badlands, and Toad Hall) and Edge co-owner Rob Giljum confirmed in a message to the BAR that the fight did not start at his bar. BAR has not reported hearing back from the other bars, both of which are owned by Castro real estate and bar mogul, Les Natali. The SFPD has not released any booking photos of the suspects. Jason Hill will be formally arraigned in court today at 1:30PM.
