
It's been a balmy March so far, and Saturday night offers a chance to get out and about in the neighborhood. Yes, it's the return of the Lower Haight Art Walk, with DJs, live mural painting, mimes and more from 5pm to 9pm.
Here are some expected highlights, from east to west:
Two Jack's Nik's Place (401 Haight): Live jazz music from Street Brew outside from 5pm to 9pm
Underground SF (424 Haight): Push The Feeling vs. Zodiac Disco: disco, house, boogie and more all night long (free with RSVP)
P-KOK (430 Haight): Live mural painting of a sunken pirate ship by John Benko, plus live performing artists.
Luggage Store Projects (457 Haight) - The opening of forevz, a group exhibition featuring new works "that blur the line between real and virtual space" by artists Dom$olo, Th1s (Jean Grind & Kamea), & Sebastian Bates
Nickies (466 Haight): New mural by Eli Lippert & Chavi
Kate's Kitchen (471 Haight): Live jazz inside
Emmanuel Cafe (488 Haight): A series of black and whites photos capturing "riots" in the aftermath of the 2014 Giants world series championship game, by Sam "Shenghwa" Yang
