
Police are seeking information on a suspicious person who attempted to coax a child into his car in Cole Valley on March 6th.
According to SFPD, a 10-year-old who was waiting alone for a 43-Masonic bus in a shelter at Carl and Cole at approximately 5pm when he was approached by a man who repeatedly tried to convince the boy to get into his vehicle. According to accounts, the student immediately ran into Crepes on Cole to report the incident.

Investigators are working to identify and interview the car's driver, who’s described as a white male aged 30 to 40 with slicked-back black hair, a medium build and 3-4 days worth of stubble, and wearing a black or brown three-quarter length sleeved shirt. The individual was driving a black subcompact car like a "shiny black Toyota Yaris or Honda Fit-type of vehicle with four doors."
