Sundance Country-Western Dancing
Sundance Saloon invades the space at Jane Warner Plaza from 1pm to 3pm for an afternoon of outdoor dancing. Keep an eye on their Facebook page for updates.
Miss Castro Country Club Pageant
Castro Country Club is putting on the 6th annual pageant at Everett Middle School (450 Church St.) at 7pm. Celebrity judges include Peaches Christ, Serenity Heart, and Rebecca Prozan. Buy tickets in advance on their site or at the door.
Taxes!
Still need to do those taxes, but don't want to do them yourself? You can still make appointments with nearby places like H&R Block and TaxPlus, as well as any friendly neighborhood CPA who still has room. Remember to bring all of your materials to make the process as quick and painless as possible.

Castro Theatre
Don your Ana and Elsa costumes for a Frozen Sing-Along. The event will play at 12pm and is hosted by by Laurie Bushman & Friends.
Yoga for Writers (Y4W) Workshop
"Can a good backbend scandalize your boring syntax?" That's what the workshop at Yoga Tree Castro hopes to answer. The class, put on by Mark Morford, combines asana sequences and bursts of writing exercises. The class is from 1:15pm to 4:15pm and costs $45. Get more info and register here.
SF Spikes JOCK Fundraiser
Head to LOOKOUT for the weekly JOCK fundraising event. This week's beneficiary is the SF Spikes soccer team. Enjoy the event from 3pm to 10pm.
Easy Breezy Frozen Yogurt Opening
As we noted this week, the Castro's very own froyo outlet will be opening its doors on Sunday, offering self-serve frozen yogurt, including non-dairy yogurts, with locally-sourced fruits and other ingredients mixed in. Stop by for the first taste this weekend.
