Yesterday, the Planning Department approved chain dance studio Arthur Murray's plans to open a San Francisco location at 321 Divisadero St. The ballroom dance studio has 260 locations around the world, qualifying it as Formula Retail, but after a 30-day waiting period the studio will be allowed to proceed.
