The owners of Claudine have announced that Friday will be its last day serving up approachable French-inspired café fare such as Croque Monsieur, seared salmon and heirloom tomato tartine, Inside Scoop reports. The Au Bon Repas restaurant group (also responsible for FiDi favorites Cafe Claude, Gitane and Gaspare Brasserie) will replace it with a fast-casual concept.
