According to Socketsite, a ruling has finally arrived in the drawn-out legal battle that's waylaid development of the gas station site on the northwest corner of Castro & Market. The decision rules in favor of the majority owner-operators of the site and against developer Joe Tierney; look for the site, along with previously-approved plans for a six-story, 24-unit mixed-use building, to hit the market soon.
