The Panhandle is slated for a makeover this evening, with a chalk drawing event from the Eco Lands division of Outside Lands. The chalking will begin at 8pm, and interested participants can meet at the William McKinley statue in the Panhandle; suggested topics are "art, positive thoughts, riddles, and statements of fact."
