A preliminary hearing for Blake Angus, the suspect in a July 10th attack on a North Beach woman, was rescheduled to 9am August 12th in Department Nine of the Hall of Justice (850 Bryant St.). Angus' attorney filed a motion to have the defendant released or the bail—which was set at $50,000—reduced, and "we'll be objecting to that," said Alex Bastian, spokesperson for the San Francisco District Attorney's office.
