After departing Hapa Ramen back in March, chef Richie Nakano will once again be serving up ramen at Wing Wings (422 Haight St.) from 6-10pm tonight. His previous pop-ups with Wing Wings owner Christian Ciscle have revolved around Tex-Mex and French bread pizza, but this one promises only "serious ramen."
