At Least One Injured In 'Terrible' Crash At 18th And Noe

At around 4:30pm, a compact car was hit by a large truck and dragged through the intersection of 18th and Noe streets into a pole. As the female driver of the car was removed from the vehicle and placed on a stretcher, witnesses provided varying accounts of the cause, from a hit-and-run to failed brakes.
