Theresa Flandrich, who founded the North Beach Tenants Committee to assist residents being ousted by Ellis Act evictions, has reached a settlement with her landlord in her own highly publicized eviction case, as reported by the Chron. Flandrich and fellow tenant Silvio Maniscalco must be out of their Stockton & Lombard apartment by the end of February.
