The SFPD is seeking the public's help to identify a man who broke into an office on the 600 block of Harrison Street and stole $2,400-worth of laptops and chargers.

The incident occurred on Oct. 6th at 4:10am.

In an attempt to identify the suspect, the SFPD has released surveillance footage that clearly shows the suspect shattering the office's glass door with a "window punch device," rummaging through desks and leaving with an arm full of laptops. He's described by police as a white man approximately 5’10” and 150 lbs, with brown hair and wearing a grey hat with maroon bill, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and backpack.

Anyone with information on this individual is encouraged to contact the department's anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411 with SFPD at the beginning of the message.
