Shrader was closed off from Beulah to Waller after a small fire was reported at 746-748 Shrader. Tipster Kendra R. alerted us to the situation, saying that firefighters were seen entering the building at 4:51pm. "This house is currently undergoing renovations (fresh exterior paint, new front steps)," she noted. "I passed by at 3:30 and saw folks on the roof doing some repairs." A firefighter on the scene confirmed that the fire had been quickly extinguished, though it's unclear where in the building it occurred.
