As you plan your Thanksgiving shopping, keep in mind that the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market will be open 8am–2pm Saturday, 10am–2pm Tuesday and again on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, for a special market for last-minute shoppers with a lineup that ranges from apples to winter squash. The Thursday market will be closed for the holiday.

As a reminder, the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture will also host its monthly pop-up market at the Yard at Mission Rock from 10am–2pm Sunday. It'll feature seasonal activities, including a smoked turkey demo along with a long list of vendors and ready-to-eat foods.
