The 15-ft U-haul truck that had been completely loaded with all race refreshments, t-shirts and more was stolen overnight, sometime between 2am-7am today. But organizers say tomorrow's Thanksgiving foot race in Golden Gate Park will go on, albeit as "a very bare bones event."
