SFPD homicide investigators are seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man suspected of fatally assaulting a 60-year-old resident.
The assault occurred at about 8am Oct. 1st in an unidentified coffee shop at Bush and Van Ness streets, and the victim, identified as Marc Garcia, died of his injuries after being transported to the hospital.
Investigators believe that the suspect was working in construction the day of the assault, and released the following surveillance video of the suspect walking down the street.
