According to a Redfin report, the Western Addition and Financial District saw the biggest home price increases between Oct. 2014 and Oct. 2015, increasing 65 percent and 54 percent year-over-year, respectively. Hayes Valley and Ashbury Heights's median prices followed, increasing by 46 percent and 44 percent.
