Tonight from 6pm to 8pm, Larkin Street Youth Services will host a community forum on homelessness at the Park Branch Library (1833 Page St.).

Panelists will include members of Taking It To the Streets, Huckleberry Youth Programs, the Homeless Youth Alliance, as well as homeless youth and local merchants. The meeting is another event planned following renewed scrutiny of homelessness in the neighborhood; last month, a Haight Ashbury Neighborhood Council meeting also addressed the issue

According to the event's listing, "The intent of this forum is to connect with one another and focus on community-based solutions. Please bring an open mind and an open heart."
