Proper Food opened a new location at 35 Spear St. in One Market Plaza today, its fourth downtown in less than two years. The concept—which has three other stores in the FiDi and SoMa—has been a hit with its local, organic, sustainable grab-and-go breakfast, lunches and snacks; new items such as a coconut prawn and kale salad will debut at all stores today. Hours are 7am–5pm Monday–Friday.
