Need a little enticement to stick to your New Year's resolution? The UCSF-Parnassus fitness center is holding a free open house from now through January 10th. Membership is open to the public, and those who sign up by January 31st can skip the $150 enrollment fee. 

Monthly rates at the Parnassus campus are $93, $69, and $39 for premier, standard, and off-peak memberships, respectively. Discounts are offered for UCSF staff, students, and alumni, as well as seniors, military, and disabled persons.
