If you're a District 5 resident who's researching housing options, take note of a meeting on the calendar for tomorrow. Supervisor London Breed will be hosting a District 5 Housing Workshop to help residents explore low-income housing options. Topics discussed will range from how to apply for below-market rate housing with bad credit, what options are available for low-income families who want to buy a home, and how to begin filing all the paperwork.

Representatives from a large number of organizations will be on hand to answer questions, including Bay Area Legal AidConsumer Credit Counseling Services San FranciscoSan Francisco Housing Development Corporation, and the Veterans Equity Center

The meeting will take place on Saturday from 10am-1pm at the African American Arts and Culture Complex, at 762 Fulton St. If you can't make it tomorrow, stay tuned—another meeting is being organized for March.
