As the city catches its breath in between two major storm systems, the wind and wet weather continue to cause downed trees around the city, including a big one in Koshland Park last night.
According to tipster John B. "I heard it, but I could not see where it came from until I walked the dog this morning. It fell across the fence on top of cars in the parking lot behind me."
