Police Standoff Reported At Geary & Collins [Updated]

Tipster Tyler C. writes that there's a "crazy standoff" going down at Geary & Collins, and witnesses have taken to Twitter to report what they're seeing:

We've contacted SFPD for details on what might be going on, but for now, avoid the area if you can. 

Update, 4/11: A Reddit thread indicates that the police action was in response to an armed man who may have taken his own life.
