With another week nearly complete, it's time again to think weekend. Here's what's coming up around the neighborhood.

First up, tonight is the Lower Polk/TL Art Walk. Grab a copy of tonight's map and peruse all the art and free refreshments the area has to offer. (While it's not on the map, don't forget to pop by Civic Center and check out the glowing rabbits along the way!)

In honor of the art walk, the folks at Fleet Wood on Larkin are opening an exhibition featuring two local artists, and launching a limited-edition T-shirt. They'll also have bands playing, cold beer and a taco truck.

TONIGHT ! These limited edition tees will be available tonight only, at the First Thursday opening featuring new work by @alanforbes and the lovely @black_magus. 6-10pm at @fleetwood_sf

If you're looking for a little Tenderloin-love outside the neighborhood, there's still time to snag tickets to the Tenderloin Museum's tribute to the ladies of Aunt Charlie's Lounge tonight at The Roxie Theater. Read more about the evening's festivities here.

Those who like dancing, dust and big art projects may want to get down to The Basement this Saturday evening for a party with ICARUS—the crew behind that massive spaceship built for Burning Man. While we don't expect their ride to fit inside the underground venue, all are invited to dance like there's no tomorrow and learn more about the project.

Looking forward to next week, Hospitality House is getting ready to honor two local "movement warriors." The panel and celebration—5:30pm Tuesday, April 12th—will feature Pam Tau Lee of the Chinese Progressive Association and public interest attorney Stephen Bingham of Bay Area Legal Aid in conversation about local struggles of the past, victories won and the road ahead in 2016.
