Ever wanted to peek inside one of San Francisco's most stately Victorians? Hop over to the Wall Street Journal, which this morning shared an in-depth look at a three-story, five-bedroom home on the corner of Hayes & Buchanan that's been lovingly restored to its former glory. 

Owned by Gail Baugh (Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association president) and her husband Jim Warshell, the house at 700 Hayes has undergone plenty of work since the couple purchased it for just under $1 million in 2003, but everything, including furnishings, is aimed at bringing back the original look and feel of the building.
