Tipster SFHandyman caught the following mayhem last night at Powell and Market, where a vehicle crashed into the barriers at the cable car turnaround, which is closed to traffic.
NBC has more on what may have happened, including the fact that California Highway Patrol was chasing the car, and that its four occupants may have been egging cars (that hasn't been officially confirmed, but egg cartons were found at the scene.)
Three of the four people in the car, described as being in their twenties, were taken into custody, according to NBC.
