Some big changes are being proposed for Hayes Valley's bustling Octavia Boulevard, including the creation of a green corridor for cyclists on Page between Market and Webster streets, removal of a traffic lane on both Fell and Oak streets between Octavia and Gough, and closure of Octavia Street near Patricia's Green.
It's all part of the Octavia Boulevard Enhancement Project, which aims to "address traffic safety and circulation concerns, while also promoting neighborhood livability and local business access."
