This Friday, June 3rd marks the grand opening of Ducks in a Row, the latest business to crop up at 1510 Haight St.

The location, which was formerly Fan Clothing, has maintained the same owners: James and Rebecca Leonard. This is their first brick-and-mortar location for Ducks in a Row, which was previously only available online. Over the course of the spring, they've been opening limited stock and hours on occasion, primarily for weekend warehouse sales.

Admission to the grand opening is free, but requires an RSVP. It will feature music, drinks, giveaways for the first 50 people to drop in (including merchandise from Ducks and other Haight merchants), and discounts on merchandise. "The discounts are still being determined, but will be good," said James.

This weekend will also mark the debut of the brand's new summer collection and its Made In USA collection, which features "fashionable comfort basics," said James. "The line consists of soft modal tops and layering dresses that are casual and classic."

Initial hours for Ducks in a Row are Thursday-Sunday, 11am-7pm. As the summer wears on, the shop will extend its hours; it's still hiring for sales positions.
