We're winding down the week on this lovely, sunny day in the Haight. Here's what's in store for the week ahead.

First, a belated shout-out to the (relatively) new mural on Masonic at Haight—pictured above. It's by Apexer, also known as Ricardo Richey, for Black Scale. Here's a video of the installation:

If you're feeling like a little nightlife this evening, tonight's edition of Friday Nights at the De Young (5-8:45pm) is a salsa dance-off, the first of six consecutive dance-off nights scheduled to run through July 8th. Upcoming nights include tango, hip-hop and a Bollywood night.

There's also an opening bash tonight at Ducks in a Row, the newest clothing store to hit the Haight, with music, drinks, giveaways, and discounts.

Thinking of getting a little sun on your gorgeous Saturday? Check out the SF City FC soccer team at Kezar Stadium. They're up against the Las Vegas Mobsters at 3pm. The game is all-ages, so bring the whole family.

Here's a full list of neighborhood events over the weekend and through next week. As always, if you want us to give your event a shout-out, dip over this way to submit it for consideration. You can also visit our full events roster for a citywide lineup of goings-on.
