It's the weekend once again, and if you're willing to venture out into the fog, there's plenty to see and do in the Upper Haight.

In case you missed it, the news was abuzz this week with the story of a run-in between Haight T-shirt shop Bang-On and a 14-year-old Trump supporter. SFist has a longer recap of the incident, but essentially, the teen ordered a custom shirt that said "Trump," and a Bang-On employee added a little something extra (and offensive) on the interior. The story went viral, and Bang-On got bombed with one-star Yelp reviews, ultimately firing the employee responsible.

In terms of goings-on to pepper your weekend ahead, start with a screening of "Savage Remote," a documentary about the Humboldt County comedy circuit, tonight at Second Act. Tickets are $10.

Milk Bar has live music scheduled every night this weekend, too, with a bluesy riff. If that doesn't suit your fancy, remember there's always Club Deluxe for a light evening out.

And don't forget that next Tuesday, July 12th is the latest Park Station community meeting, which is your chance to hear the latest from Capt. John Sanford about the SFPD's efforts and concerns in the 'hood.

Here's the roster of the coming week's Upper Haight events. For a full citywide list, or to submit your own events for consideration, visit us here: hoodline.com/events.
