While the endless fog has made itself at home in the Outer Sunset, there are great events to brighten up your weekend.

Saturday starts with an open rehearsal for the San Francisco Youth Chorus, which allows kids of all ages to participate in the choir. Sign up your kid(s) for the appropriate time and age group and let them sing out.

In the afternoon, head over to the Parkside Library for a book swap. Bring a book (or two or three) in good condition and get a free book in return.

Saturday also sees Kronnerburger at Lawton Trading Post for what is sure to be a tasty pop-up event. Recently voted best burgers in the Bay Area by San Francisco Magazine, the burgers feature dry-aged beef. Outer Sunset mainstay Churn SF will also be there with delicious, homemade ice cream.

On Sunday, start the day off by helping to clean up Ocean Beach with the Surfrider Foundation. Sunday also sees Stern Grove's last concert of the season, featuring Canadian supergroup The New Pornographers and their infectious indie pop.

Here are all the events coming up this week in the Outer Sunset. For more fun around the city, check out our full events calendar at hoodline.com/events. If you have an event you'd like to add to our calendar, you can submit it here for free.
