SFPD Seeks Public's Help Identifying Fraud SuspectThe SFPD is searching for the man seen descending from the escalator at City Target in the Metreon.

The SFPD is asking the public to help identify a man who used a victim's credit cards to make $2,000 worth of unauthorized purchases at a department store on the 700 block of Mission Street.

The incident occurred at about 9:43pm September 18th. The video below, released by the SFPD today, shows the suspect descending the escalator at City Target in the Metreon with a shopping bag.

Police say they are looking for a 26-year-old African-American male who is roughly 6'2" and 190 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes and a neck tattoo that resembles rosary beads.

Authorities also believe the suspect goes by the name "Jay" or "Jason."
