With rain returning next week to our newly drought-free area, this weekend is your chance to get out and about around the city.
SF Sketchfest and San Francisco Restaurant Week will both be wrapping up on Sunday, but there are still plenty of comedy shows and dining deals to count on over the next few days, so check out their respective websites.
A sample weekend itinerary? Anchor Steam kicks things off tonight in the Presidio, with a look back at its brewing roots in the city (along with free tastings, of course). Pier 39's anniversary celebration continues Friday night with a free outdoor showing of 1979 film Escape from Alcatraz. The first Treasure Island Flea Market of the year arrives on Saturday, and you can flex your cooking skills while giving back to your community with National Muffin Day on Sunday.
Here's a full roundup for the days ahead.
