As you may have noticed, it's raining. And with rain has come a subterranean upswell on the streets of San Francisco, as observed by Buzzfeed's San Francisco bureau chief Mat Honan, who tweeted a video of the action near Tú Lan restaurant on 6th Street, near Market Street, this morning.
