With rain in the forecast, grab an umbrella and check out what's happening around San Francisco this weekend.

The start of a new month means there's a slew of First Friday options, including Off The Grid in Ft. Mason, an Art Crawl in North Beach, a free tour of Timbuk2's factory in the Mission and the monthly SF Bike Party. Friday also sees the West Portal Sidewalk Arts & Crafts Fair kick off for the weekend.

For the weekend, brave the crowds for Japantown's cherry blossom festival, which includes a film festival and a visit from the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck. Then, wrap up with Sunday Streets' return to Bayview and the Dogpatch.

Here's your roundup for the jam-packed days ahead:

Thursday, April 6th

Friday, April 7th

Saturday, April 8th

Sunday, April 9th
