Bodega
Back Bay
From the outside, it looks like your average corner market, with windows stocked with dusty boxes of cereal and bottles of laundry detergent. And even when you enter Bodega (6 Clearway St.), you might be fooled by the shelves stocked with paper towels and Doritos—until you find the magical Snapple machine in the back, whose door opens into a Narnia of streetwear.

Bodega's back room is the opposite of the cluttered front, with sleek lacquered shelves stocked with the latest in cool kicks, jackets, ball caps, and more. Brands range from known quantities like Nike and Adidas to sought-after, rare labels like Nanamica, Noah, and Aimé Leon Dore. Bodega even offers its own line of items designed in-house, including some covetable shoe collaborations with Vans.

While most of the selection is catered towards men, there are some cool items for women, and a variety of price points: sneakers start at around $50, running as high as $800-900 for the most coveted kicks.
If you're looking to get a deal, sign up for Bodega's newsletter to stay apprised of the company's annual warehouse sale, which offers 40 to 70 percent off a wide range of items. Otherwise, the shop is open seven days a week. And once you've found the perfect new outfit, you can grab some laundry detergent to keep it fresh on the way out.
