Whether they're shaken or frozen, whether it's Cinco de Mayo or Cinco de Octubre, and whether you prefer salt or no salt, nothing hits the spot like a margarita. We've ranked our five favorite margs around town—from the traditional to the creative—to make your next Taco Tuesday or Saturday-night fiesta a delicious one.
5. Frozen Pomegranate Margarita at Rosa Mexicano
Brickell & South Beach
This high-end Mexican chain slings the city's most popular frozen drink. It's sweet, anti-oxidant rich, expertly blended and tastes best with a serving of guacamole mixed table-side. If you'd rather sip a traditional lime margarita on the rocks, consider going at happy hour (4-7pm at the Brickell location only) where you'll find $7 glasses and $30 pitchers, plus endless chips, salsa and guac for $15.
4. Some Like It Hot at Naked Taco
Miami Beach

Is it getting hot in here, or is it just this jalapeño margarita? Naked Taco's Some Like It Hot combines reposado tequila, passion fruit purée, jalapeño and lime for a spicy good time ($13-$15 a piece or $43-$55 a pitcher). With a menu full of seductively named beverages—and complimentary shots regularly flowing—you won't be the only one feeling the heat.
3. 24 Karat Golden Margarita at Gianni’s At The Villa
Miami Beach

Feeling fancy? Then make a reservation at this exclusive, Ocean Drive oasis and order the 24 Karat Golden Margarita. This glittering beauty is made with gold-infused El Cartel Tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime and orange juice and served in a salt-rimmed glass.
2. R House Margarita at R House
Wynwood
One part (casual) fine dining, one part gallery space, R House is well known for its infused cocktails—including the R House Margarita. It's made with jalapeño-infused tequila, triple sec, pineapple purée and freshly squeezed lime juice. For a real experience, considering making a reservation for a first or third Sunday brunch, when $40 a head gets you unlimited small plates, a full entree and a front row seat to live drag performances every 15 minutes. Add $20 for bottomless mimosas or sangria; but with the R House in hand, that's not necessary, right?
1. Gardner's at SoCal Cantina
Brickell

Combining a day's worth of produce in a glass, the Gardner's is a sweet and savory choice. The striking, Instagram-able, $11 beverage is made with Herradura Reposado tequila, muddled red bell peppers, cucumber and Serrano chili pepper slices, lime juice, simple syrup and Cointreau, then topped with a red bell pepper flower. Pro Tip: It's just $7 during happy hour—5-8pm every single day.
